Ingredients
- 14 oz extra-firm tofu — pressed and cubed
- 1.5 cup red lentils — rinsed

- 1 tsp turmeric — ground
- 6 cup vegetable broth — or water with bouillon
- 1 tsp dried oregano — or thyme
- 2 cup spinach — optional, for extra greens
- 1 pinch salt — to taste
Method
